The enrollment fee and cancellation protection must be paid when you book your course or camp. Then, a deposit of 20% of the course or camp fee is required 14 days after booking. Another 20% of the fee is required 45 days after booking. The remaining balance is required 60 days before the course or camp start date.

As safety and security are our top priority, all students traveling with EF are required to have travel insurance. In your offer, through our partner Erika Insurance Ltd., EF includes comprehensive travel insurance that is tailor-made and covers illnesses, accidents, repatriation, interruption, theft, delay, and liability. EF Cancellation Protection is available upon enrollment and charged as a one-time, non-refundable fee. This covers cancellations before departure due to illness.
